Author Kristin Miller is a very good storyteller. Whether the genre is romantic suspense, paranormal or contemporary, the end result is always the same, a well-written romance. The Bad Boy Meets His Match is her latest, a holiday novella about second chances and new beginnings.
Seven years ago, lingerie store owner Cora Brennan, and advertising bigwig Alec Covington, spent two wonderful days together during the holiday season. It was a meaningful fling that they both still think about. This holiday season Cora finds herself back in the mountains, waiting out the snowstorm that has delayed her friends. Surprisingly, Alec is at the neighboring cabin, where he has spent every Christmas since their first meeting. Their attraction is still hot, as well as the loving feelings from long ago. With no time to waste, they make new memories and traditions that last a lifetime.
I enjoyed this memorable, second chance romance. Cora and Alec are likable characters and Ms. Miller evolves their time together with warmth, love and desire. Alec's business associate, Bernadette, is a spitfire and her understanding personality is a nice surprise to the present happenings. Overall, this is a sexy, feelgood read for the holiday season.

I usually love Kristin's books but this one wasn't my favorite. It was a cute novella though, I just needed more filler. I felt it was missing something.
This book is a Fast read and lots of humor. The characters were interesting. I'm looking forward to more of her books
